There’s a whole load of wild food all around us; it’s just a matter of knowing what is edible, what is poisonous and what to do with it. Some tasting likely! Join wild food forager Bruce Ferguson on an exploration of the wild food of the season. Bruce has been foraging for over 30 years and recently appeared on television foraging with Robson Green on More Tales from Northumberland.
