Harehope Quarry covers the quarry, the Tip End and Cave’s Batts, shown on the map below.
There is an extensive network of public footpaths around the outside of the quarry, over the Tip End and through Cave’s Batts.
We have extended the public access to include some permissive footpaths to the east and west ends of the quarry and along the river in Cave’s Batts. The permissive paths are closed on Christmas Day.
