The first of our autumn workshops to inspire and enrich you through art and the natural environment at Harehope Quarry.
Sensory Exploration and Green Man clay workshop at Harehope Quarry
26 August 2024, 10.30am - 3.30pm
A sensory exploration of Harehope Quarry with a fire and refreshments, followed by the opportunity to create your own version of the Green Man in earthenware clay and underglazes.
This is a messy workshop so an apron or similar is needed. After the workshop the pieces will be taken away to fire and returned to you, with the option of your artwork being part of the Big Arts project exhibition. Soup will be provided but bring a packed lunch to supplement it.
